CodersWire, a U.S.-registered software consultancy (“CodersWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), delivers end-to-end custom software development and IT consulting services. Our principal office is in the United States, and we operate a Development Center in Pakistan.

2. Use of the Site

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Permitted Use:

You may view, download, and print Content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use or to learn about our services.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to:

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
