CodersWire, a U.S.-registered software consultancy (“CodersWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), delivers end-to-end custom software development and IT consulting services. Our principal office is in the United States, and we operate a Development Center in Pakistan.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Permitted Use:

You may view, download, and print Content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use or to learn about our services.

Any purchase or engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement which will set out the scope, fees, and payment terms.

All provisions that by their nature survive termination—including disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability—shall remain in effect.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
